How is the donation calculated?
Eligible Audiclo orders placed between 8 September and 15 October 2026 contribute to the campaign. The final donation quantity will be reconciled using eligible delivered orders.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded and otherwise ineligible orders will not be included in the final donation count.
Who will receive the stethoscopes?
The receiving healthcare-focused organisation or initiative will be selected based on where the need is greatest. Details will be shared once confirmed.
When will the donation be made?
The donation will be completed by 31 October 2026.
Will you share the impact?
Yes. Once the donation is completed, we'll share the final number and relevant details of the initiative.
